Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using NCLEX Pulse (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Educational Purpose Only
NCLEX Pulse is a study and exam-preparation aid for nursing students and professionals. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment and must never be used to make clinical decisions. Always follow current evidence-based guidelines and your facility’s policies.
License to Use
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for your own study. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or use the content to build a competing product.
Subscriptions & Payments
Premium features are offered as auto-renewing subscriptions billed through your Apple ID (App Store) or your Google account (Google Play), depending on where you downloaded the App. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID account settings or in the Google Play subscriptions settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Content Accuracy
We work to keep content accurate and current, but nursing standards change. We make no warranty that the content is error-free or complete, and you use it at your own risk.
Intellectual Property
All questions, explanations, flash cards, design, and code are owned by NCLEX Pulse or its licensors and are protected by applicable law.
Termination
We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
