End-User License Agreement
This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you and NCLEX Pulse governing your use of the App. By installing or using the App, you accept this EULA.
License Grant
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple-branded or Android device that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service or the Google Play Terms of Service, as applicable to where you obtained the App.
Scope of License
You may not distribute or make the App available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time. You may not transfer, redistribute, or sublicense the App.
Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the App, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
No Medical Advice
The App is for educational use only and does not provide medical advice. See the Terms of Use for the full disclaimer.
No Warranty
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, NCLEX Pulse is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
App Store & Google Play Terms
For copies of the App obtained through the App Store: except where this EULA differs, the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. For copies obtained through Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply, available at play.google.com/about/play-terms.
